Worship and Creative Arts Coordinator (Part-Time)

Summit Church is a growing, healthy church in the heart of California s Central Valley with a simple mission: to obey God the Father by making more disciples for Jesus. We believe worship gatherings should be both spiritually meaningful and thoughtfully prepared, creating environments where people can genuinely encounter Jesus. Our Worship and Creative Arts team is talented, committed, and ready for a leader who can help take things to the next level. We re looking for a part-time Worship Arts Coordinator who brings both musical skill and pastoral awareness - someone who understands that great worship is more than great music. We value excellence, creativity, and high production standards, but our highest priority is helping people experience and respond to Jesus. The right candidate will be able to connect songs to souls, lead teams well, and cultivate a culture where experimentation and innovation are encouraged. We believe healthy teams learn by trying new things, which means there s freedom to fail, grow, and improve together. An ideal candidate will have musical experience, strong administrative and planning skills, and the ability to organize worship services four to six weeks in advance so vocalists, instrumentalists, and tech teams are prepared and equipped to serve.
