We are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal and professional goals. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, offering a balanced work-life schedule with no weekend duties. The typical schedule falls between the hours of 9 am and 3:30 pm. Responsibilities Provide continuous instruction for independent community and vocational skills that align with individuals' abilities and development. Ensure compliance with Individual's ISP and services stated in the Service Design, providing instructions and techniques as necessary. Teach and promote proper activities and appropriate use of time. Coordinate, document, and review activity schedules for individuals served. Instruct individuals on achieving and maintaining adaptive skills and appropriate behaviors. Qualifications Valid California driver's license Ability to pass a LiveScan background check Reliable transportation Patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities Compensation The anticipated hiring range is $23 per hou r.
