Memory Care Director Responsibilities :
Hires, trains, and supports Memory Care staff Manages team with Health & Wellness Director Promotes Embrace philosophy in care and operations Plans monthly calendar and activities Leads 35+ daily self-led programs Ensures program quality and satisfaction Follows budget guidelines Stays updated on dementia care best practices Trains and supports community staff Completes other assigned tasks
Qualifications :
Clinical experience in the geriatric field (as a certified nursing assistant or nurse) Experience in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility Bachelor's or master's degree in health care administration or a related field Memory care certifications and education from dementia associations Strong problem-solving skills Strong language skills to communicate with residents and families effectively The Villas at San Bernardino i s an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
