Activity Director (Full-Time)
Victorian Post Acute Pay:
$27-$30 per hour Job Summary Victorian Post Acute is seeking a full-time Activity Director to lead and manage our Activities Program. You will create engaging programs that support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being. What You'll Do Plan and manage daily and monthly activity programs Organize group activities, outings, and in-room options Encourage resident participation in hobbies and social events Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines Document resident participation and progress Assist with resident assessments, care plans, and discharge planning Coordinate transportation for outings and appointments Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives Support survey readiness and compliance efforts Leadership Responsibilities Assist with supervising and supporting activity staff Help maintain a positive and organized team environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with seniors Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
