What you'll do Lead and develop therapeutic recreation programs for older adult participants Conduct assessments and build individualized care plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Coordinate group activities, events, and community outings Create a safe, engaging, and supportive day center environment Track progress and document in EMR What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field Experience working with older adult or frail populations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to lead programs and manage group dynamics Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin (required) Nice to have 1 to 2+ years of experience in a similar setting CTRS certification or equivalent Experience in PACE or adult day health programs Compensation $34.37 to $38.85 per hour Full-time role with strong benefits Why this role stands out Direct impact on patient quality of life Collaborative care environment Opportunity to lead and build programs Stability with a mission-driven model
