Starting at $25/hour About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal & Executive Assistant to support a business owner with both professional and household operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing logistics, and taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on, in-person position that requires someone local to the Temecula (De Luz) area. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Calendar Management Manage and maintain a detailed calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics Collaborate with team members to ensure scheduling accuracy and alignment Build in appropriate buffers and ensure efficient time management Household & Operations Support Oversee household organization and ensure essential items are consistently stocked Coordinate grocery orders, household supplies, and inventory management Assist with light meal prep and kitchen organization Manage laundry and general home organization tasks Coordinate routine home maintenance and service providers Errands & Logistics Run local errands including shopping, returns, and pickups Coordinate appointments and maintain organized records Support with vehicle maintenance and general logistics Project & Event Support Assist with planning and coordinating travel Support small projects related to the property or home operations Provide occasional assistance with photoshoots or events (optional but a plus) Team Communication & Systems Utilize shared systems to manage tasks and priorities Communicate regularly with the business owner and team via Slack and other tools Provide proactive updates and ensure follow-through on all responsibilities Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to anticipate needs Comfortable managing both administrative and hands-on tasks Strong communication and follow-through Enjoys creating structure and maintaining organized systems Able to maintain discretion and professionalismPosition Details Part-time:
