This is a unique opportunity to shape student life by overseeing athletics, student activities, and major school events that help students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. From high school CHSSA athletics to graduation, prom, field day, enrichment, and family events, this role helps create the moments students remember for a lifetime. As the Athletics & Activities Director , you'll lead and coordinate extracurricular programs, athletics, and school-wide events that strengthen school culture and expand opportunities for students. Athletics Leadership You'll help create positive, organized, and competitive athletic experiences by: Coordinating athletic programs including volleyball, basketball, soccer, and additional sports offerings Managing schedules, game logistics, league coordination, transportation, officials, equipment, and uniforms Monitoring student-athlete eligibility and supporting CHSAA compliance requirements Collaborating with coaches to ensure student-athletes thrive both academically and athletically Supervising athletic events and maintaining safe, organized environments for students and families Student Activities & School Culture You'll play a vital role in building memorable student experiences by: Planning and overseeing major school events including graduation, prom, banquets, field days, Kindergarten continuation, and school celebrations Supporting clubs, performances, enrichment opportunities, and student leadership activities Building school pride, student engagement, and opportunities for belonging and connection Helping students grow socially, emotionally, and academically through meaningful extracurricular experiences Family & Community Engagement You'll strengthen relationships across the school community by: Supporting family events, back-to-school nights, and community celebrations Serving as a key point of contact for students, families, coaches, and staff involved in activities and athletics Promoting strong communication and positive partnerships between school and home Organization & Logistics You'll ensure programs run smoothly through: Coordinating transportation for athletics, activities, and events Maintaining updated student rosters and participation records Monitoring event safety, supervision, and compliance expectations Collaborating with school leadership to improve systems, participation, and student engagement Who You Are We're looking for someone who: Believes inEvery Student's Potential:
