TRD Duties:
Counsel patients to develop leisure activities. Create treatment plans based on needs, interests, and therapy goals. Teach activities and techniques (e.g., sports, dance, art) to address physical or psychological needs. Collaborate with the treatment team to plan and assess therapy programs. Encourage clients with special needs to develop skills and engage in health-promoting activities. Observe and record patients' participation and progress, adjusting programs as necessary. Gather information from medical records, staff, family, and patients to assess needs and interests. Develop discharge plans for patients. Plan and direct activities to support rehabilitation, community integration, and prevent further issues. Prepare reports to document patients' progress and reactions. Conduct therapy sessions to enhance mental and physical well-being.
