Job Overview:

The Club at Boynton Beach is seeking two energetic, compassionate, and dependable Lifestyle Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will help create a vibrant, engaging environment for our residents by assisting with daily activities, events, and transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and facilitating recreational, social, and wellness activities Engage residents in group and one-on-one activities to enhance their quality of life Provide support during events, outings, and special programs Safely drive the company bus to transport residents to appointments, outings, and scheduled activities Ensure resident safety and comfort during all activities and transportation Help set up and break down activity spaces as needed Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for bus operation) Previous experience in activities, recreation, senior living, or customer service preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
