Job Description

The facility is a 120 bed Skilled Rehab Facility is looking for a Full Time MDS to assist in completing assessments. Candidate must have experience and have excellent customer service. The position is approximately 40 hours a week and is flexible to work with primary job schedule. To be considered please submit resume online.
