We are looking for an energetic, team-oriented Paramedic who has a genuine passion for health, fitness, recovery, and helping people perform at their highest level. This is not your traditional paramedic role. This position blends clinical expertise with hands-on wellness and recovery services in a high-performance environment designed for athletes, professionals, and high achievers. The ideal candidate is confident and experienced with IV therapy and injections, thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working out and being around fitness culture, and values creating an exceptional client experience. In addition to IVs and injections, this role will assist with operating recovery modalities including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, PEMF therapy, compression therapy, assisted stretching, and other wellness services. Duties & Responsibilities Administer IV therapy and injections safely and professionally Monitor clients during IV treatments and wellness services Assist clients with recovery and wellness modalities including: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Red Light Therapy PEMF Therapy Compression Therapy Assisted Stretching Cold Plunge & Sauna guidance Educate clients on recovery, hydration, wellness, and performance optimization Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols Create a welcoming, motivating, and professional client experience Work collaboratively with the RECVR team to maintain a positive, high-energy environment Assist with maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational flow throughout the studio Stay current on wellness, recovery, and performance trends to better support clients Qualifications & Skills Active Paramedic license/certification in the applicable state Experience with IV therapy and injections preferred Passion for wellness, recovery, fitness, and performance optimization Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude Comfortable learning and operating wellness technologies and recovery equipment Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and client safety Interest or experience in athletics, fitness, sports recovery, or biohacking is highly preferred Why Join RECVR?
