About the Role The Marquee Moments Activity Director assists in delivering engaging activity programs that enrich residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing daily and special activity programs. Encourage resident participation in group and individual events. Coordinate volunteer efforts and help prepare event materials. Accompany residents on outings as needed. Promote a positive, engaging atmosphere for all participants. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma required; degree in Recreation, Psychology, or related field preferred. Experience working with seniors or in activity coordination. Valid driver's license and clean record. Strong communication and creativity skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lead group activities and move throughout the community as needed.
