$22/hour Benefits & Raise Evaluation After 6 Months Tuesday-Sunday Schedule (Studio Closed Mondays) About Us La Dee Da Studio & Events is an established children's art studio serving an elite clientele throughout Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Dunwoody, and East Cobb. For over a decade, we have created unforgettable experiences through art classes, camps, birthday celebrations, and creative programming that inspire children to learn, create, and grow. We are seeking a professional, energetic, creative, and highly organized Lead Creative Arts Educator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or experienced educator looking to combine their passion for children, creativity, and leadership in a vibrant and rewarding environment. Ideal Majors Art Education Early Childhood Education Elementary Education Art Therapy Special Education Psychology Studio Art Human Services Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging art curriculum for children ages 3-10 Lead classes, camps, workshops, and special events Prepare lesson plans and classroom materials Train and mentor assistant instructors Maintain organized, inspiring classroom environments Photograph and document studio activities for social media Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Provide exceptional customer service to families Host and lead weekend birthday parties and special events Collaborate with studio leadership on new program development Requirements Degree completed or in progress in a related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong classroom leadership abilities Detail-oriented and highly organized Passion for working with young children Creative thinker with a love for arts and crafts Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable personal transportation Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable climbing stairs in a multi-level facility Weekend availability required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, enthusiastic, and capable of creating magical experiences for children while maintaining high professional standards.
