Responsibilities Therapy in the Mountains-Black Bear Lodge Recreational Therapist Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) is the premier provider of integrated treatment for co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns, offering residential and outpatient services nationwide. Located in the serene forest foothills of northern Georgia, Black Bear Lodge is a 144- bed place of solace and healing for those individuals suffering from addiction and mental health issues. We are a residential treatment center offering a comprehensive, integrated program that addresses the needs of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Clinical Team Diverse Clientele Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities Therapeutic Group Activities :
provide recreational groups both on-property and in the community to facilitate patients' progress towards sobriety goals
Documentation:
document all patient interactions including group notes, individual contact notes, and event notes as needed Other responsibilities may include : therapist may be asked to support the team in other areas like crisis management, other group activities, or other duties as identified by management/leadership Requirements for Position Must posess CTRS, ATRA or NCTRC Certification. 1 year of experience in mental health or substance abuse field preferred.
