Recreation Therapy Specialist:

Lead and facilitate daily programming as outlined by the Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Promote engagement in meaningful activities that support psychosocial well-being and life skills. Provide individualized neurocognitive and neurobehavioral support. Implement de-escalation strategies as needed. Maintain professional relationships with persons served, families, and team members.
