Job Description

Country Living Retirement Homes is seeking a dedicated and energetic Activities Director to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a fun, engaging, and meaningful environment for our residents. If you enjoy working with seniors and have a positive attitude, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference every day.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and lead daily activities for residents Facilitate games, arts and crafts, and social events Encourage resident participation and engagement Interact with residents in a friendly and compassionate manner Coordinate group activities and special events Maintain activity schedules and supplies Adapt activities to meet varying resident needs Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Dedicated with a strong work ethic Willingness to engage with residents and participate in activities No experience required•training provided
Work Hours:
