Job Description

Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time Activities Director for our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for an energetic, organized professional who enjoys creating meaningful daily experiences for elders.
Pay:
$18-$20/hour The Activities Director plans and leads group and individual activities, special events, and recreational programs that promote engagement, independence, and quality of life for residents.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead daily activities and events Develop programs based on resident interests and abilities Encourage resident participation and social interaction Assist residents to and from activities as needed Maintain activity calendars and documentation
Qualifications:
Prior experience working with elderly patients or residents required Previous Activities Director or Recreation experience preferred Positive, outgoing, and compassionate personality Strong organizational and multitasking skills
