$26- 28/hr
Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and implement Recreational Therapy programming in conjunction with NCTRC and Indiana Medicaid Waiver requirements and designations. Travel and work in client homes, the community, and/or one of our outpatient offices daily. Receive and implement feedback accurately and efficiently. Adapt activities to meet the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of each client. Document clients' progress, participation, and outcomes in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in recreational therapy. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality while promoting dignity, inclusion, and quality of life for all clients.Qualifications:
