Degree Requirements :

Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).

JOB DUTIES

: Works in collaboration with other members (Therapists, Supervisors, Case managers, Behavior consultants, Staff) and implements a recreational intervention plan which is tailored to each individual and his/her daily activities. Maintain and organize schedule and caseload of individuals. Plan, coordinate, and implement therapeutic recreation interventions for individuals on your caseloads. Create individualized goals and treatment plans for each client based on needs and abilities. Complete quarterly reports every 3 months during plan year for client. Submit all billing documentation (progress notes, quarterly reports, billing unit sheets). Have opportunity to grow within the company.
