Job Description:
The Campus Support-Life Enrichment, Memory Care & Independent Living position provides operational and strategic support to campuses, strengthening resident experience, hospitality, and lifestyle programs. It partners with leadership to deliver training, coaching, quality oversight, and consistency across Life Enrichment, Memory Care, and Independent Living. This role contributes divisional and industry insight to advance resident engagement and future-focused senior living initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supports assigned campuses across Life Enrichment, Memory Care, and Independent Living operations to ensure alignment with company standards, resident experience goals, and future-focused senior living expectations.
  • Partners with divisional and interdisciplinary leaders to support operational success, quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and resident-centered experiences across all levels of living.
  • Provides coaching, mentorship, training, and operational support to campus leaders and team members related to resident engagement, hospitality, well-being, dementia care, customer experience, regulatory expectations, and lifestyle operations.
  • Supports onboarding, leadership development, operational competencies, and change management initiatives across assigned campuses and divisions.
  • Supports divisional consistency while recognizing the unique culture, residents, and operational needs of each campus.
  • Assists campuses in identifying opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and enhanced resident experience, independence, autonomy, purpose, and quality of life.
  • Supports the implementation, sustainability, and ongoing evolution of company Elevated Programs, hospitality initiatives, lifestyle standards, and resident experience expectations.
  • Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration to support whole-person wellness, resident-centered care, and meaningful lifestyle experiences across all levels of living.
  • Participates in and approves the hiring and selection process for campus Life Enrichment, Memory Care, and Independent Living leadership roles.
  • Supports campuses in maintaining compliance with company standards, regulatory expectations, operational best practices, and quality improvement initiatives related to resident engagement and memory care services.
  • Participates in mock surveys, audits, customer satisfaction initiatives, and operational follow-up as requested.
  • Provides education, coaching, and operational support related to documentation, assessments, care planning, and resident engagement processes. May provide direct campus support in these areas during leadership transitions, vacancies, or operational needs.
  • Supports the implementation of operational systems, technology platforms, and process improvements related to resident engagement, communication, and lifestyle operations.
  • Supports the development, implementation, and advancement of innovative resident engagement, memory care, hospitality, and Independent Living initiatives that enhance resident experience, well-being, independence, and quality of life.
  • Coordinates and supports divisional resident trips and experiences related to Live A Dream and other resident-centered initiatives as appropriate.
  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with community organizations, professional associations, advocacy groups, educational partners, and industry resources as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor Degree Experience:
3-5 years Licenses and Certifications Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist preferred. Dementia-related certifications such as ADC, ACC, or CDP preferred. Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
