About the Role The Memory Care Program Director leads our Reflections Memory Care neighborhood, overseeing daily operations and creating engaging, meaningful programming that maximizes quality of life for residents. This role partners closely with families and leads the team with compassion, accountability, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Reflections community (care, nutrition, cleanliness, staff support, and activities) Build strong relationships with residents and families through trust and communication Plan and implement engaging programs (spiritual, educational, cognitive, social, wellness, etc.) Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to increase engagement Recruit, train, and supervise activity team members, entertainers, volunteers, and vendors Publish monthly activity calendar and newsletter Assist with sales/marketing efforts to support community growth and occupancy Coordinate community outings and events (includes van outings) Benefits PTO Health & Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short/Long Term Disability Paid Holidays/Floating Holiday FSA (Health & Dependent Care) Retirement Account Assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet Insurance Employee Appreciation Programs If you're a hands-on leader who takes ownership, supports your team, and brings energy and compassion to memory care—we'd love to meet you.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of Alzheimer's/dementia/dementia related aging and disability issues.
