Job Description

We are looking for the perfect person to fill the position of Life Enrichment Director. If you are self-motivated, creative, organized, dependable and FUN- then we'd love to talk to you! This candidate would be responsible for planning and implementing group and individual life enrichment programs to the residents we serve in our three Assisted Living & Memory Care communities in Anne Arundel County (Bay Ridge, Pasadena, Piney Orchard). Creating and executing person-centered programs to maximize and enhance the daily experiences of our residents is our top priority.
