Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident health and report changes Collaborate with RNs and care teams Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in Maryland Long-term care experience preferred Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. Assess and monitor patient health conditions Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Perform nursing procedures and treatments Document patient care accurately in medical records Develop and update individualized care plans Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care needs Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient status Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and healthcare team members Supervise nursing assistants and delegated staff when appropriate Maintain infection control and patient safety standards Ensure compliance with Maryland nursing regulations and facility policies Qualifications Active RN license in Maryland Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
