Video / Media Arts Coordinator

Faith Lutheran Church is located in Coon Rapids, MN and is a vibrant community of faith that lives out Loving God and Loving Others; Serving God Through Serving Others As We Foster Christian Community. Faith Lutheran Church is seeking a creative, self-motivated, and team-oriented Media Arts Coordinator to help tell the story of our ministry through video, audio, livestreaming, and creative media production. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, strives for excellence, works well with a variety of personalities, and thrives in a collaborative ministry environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about both creativity and technical production. Responsibilities Support worship services, livestreams, and church events Create and edit compelling video content Operate and maintain audio, video, and lighting equipment Coordinate and train media volunteers Collaborate with staff and ministry leaders on creative projects Assist with special productions, events, and technical installations Qualifications Experience with video production and editing (Adobe Premiere preferred) Knowledge of audio, video, livestreaming, and media equipment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure Team player with strong interpersonal skills Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Schedule 40 hours per week, generally:

Sunday:

7:00 AM•12:00

PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:

9:00 AM•5:00

PM Wednesday:

Program year: 12:00 PM•8:00

PM Summer:

Pay:

$48,500.00•$52,000.00 per year
