Flexible Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 8 am•5 pm, with flexibility for evening and weekend activities

What You'll Do:
Use your expertise in senior activity programming to develop and implement activities that motivate and engage the senior population and improve quality of life Effectively lead and collaborate with other team members to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all aspects of the activity program are executed efficiently with high attention to detail Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail What you will need: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior leadership in senior services activities or similar leadership role preferred Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Comfortable working in a senior environment, with a commitment to resident-centered service Benefits Available to
