Located in St. Paul's Midway neighborhood, our campus offers a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services. We are seeking a Life Enhancement Coordinator to join our team at Episcopal Church Home . In this role, you will support residents' overall well-being by developing and leading engaging, person-centered programming, especially for those with memory loss or dementia. Key Responsibilities Facilitate group and one-on-one wellness and activity programs Collaborate with the Life Enhancement Director and interdisciplinary team on care planning Develop and adapt programming to meet the needs of residents with memory loss and dementia Complete required documentation, including assessments and quarterly updates

Compensation:

$18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule :
