$60-$70/hour Qualifications Active Missouri Physical Therapist license Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Experience performing PT evaluations, treatment planning, and direct therapy Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, gait training, mobility support, and functional rehabilitation Behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to complete orientation and meet facility credentialing/security requirements Primary Responsibilities Conduct initial PT evaluations and ongoing assessments Develop individualized treatment plans to reduce pain and restore/improve mobility and function Deliver direct PT interventions (modalities, therapeutic exercise, mobilization, gait training, assistive-device training) Address posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, and activities of daily living Monitor and document consumer progress, recommendations, and treatment outcomes Provide education to consumers, families, and staff as requested Complete required orientation prior to starting services Perform other related duties as assigned
