Position Summary:
Showcase the "Dial Experience" to all team members, residents, families, and guests that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual. This position will work with community leadership to ensure that Dial Senior Living's Mission, Vision, and Values are represented.

Maintain communication with leads once decided to move in or become a depositor. Invite and host depositors at activities or events at least monthly. Complete all admissions/paperwork procedures prior to move-in. Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure admission orders are completed. Communicate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for residents upon move-in. Work with moving companies and families to assist the move-in process. Orient new residents to the community and policies. Make sure nameplates, parking spots, and locker storage are in place and communicated prior to move-in. Track and distribute resident keys, garage door openers, and emergency pendants. Complete iHappiness Lifestyle form for each resident and communicate information to appropriate team members. Procure new resident welcome gift based off of iHappiness form. Escort or assign escort for new residents to meals for the first few days following move-in. Edit and maintain resident handbook. Develop and/or maintain the community's welcome committee for new residents. Counsel and assist current residents and families with moves to a higher level of care within the community. Other duties as assigned Education, Experience and Other Requirements High School diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Experience overseeing move in processes Experience in working with older adults Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Promote teamwork in providing services to residents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Strong organization skills Intermediate or advanced knowledge of or willingness and ability to learn the computer programs used in this community Ability to work extended and weekend hours on occasion and when necessary to support management of community Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree Prior experience with sales Willingness to learn and help others Enjoyment in working with older adults Part-time #IND
