For more information about Parkwood Behavioral Health System, please visit our website at https://parkwoodbhs.com/ Outpatient Therapist PRN•(As Needed•Day Shift The Outpatient Therapist will provide social work services in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Parkwood. The Therapist is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, discharge planning / case management, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the facility.

Qualifications Education:

Master's Degree required in a health or human services field.

Experience:

One (1) year prior psychiatric experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT preferred. CPR Certification required

Knowledge:

Knowledge of individual, group and family therapy theory and practice, case management, group leadership skills, discharge planning, age specific growth and development and crisis and behavior management.
