Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing activities that enhance the quality of life and well-being of Assisted Living residents. In this role you will promote social engagement, and support the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of the residents.

8 am to 5 pm What you'll do: Plan, coordinate, implement, document, and evaluate activities that enhance the quality of life and well-being of residents in assisted living. Collaborate with residents, families, staff and volunteers to develop a vibrant and fulfilling activity program. Organize special events, outings, and celebrations for residents and their families. Coordinate logistics, secure necessary resources, and ensure events run smoothly. Work closely with other departments to integrate activity programming into overall plans of care. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to life enrichment programing, resident rights, and safety protocols. Secure contracted services, such as art and music therapy. Maintain accurate records of program attendance, resident participation, and program outcomes. What you'll need 2+ Years of experience with adult recreation or activities programs 2 + Years of experience working with patients in memory care

Activity Director Certification or CTRS Compensation:
