Job Description
Many Benefits plus Relocation Assistance! Evaluates adults, sets short- and long-term goals, determines and implements the most appropriate treatment to meet patient needs. Responsible for leading therapeutic activity groups and promotes leisure, social and vocational skills of adults 18 and above. Responsible for documentation including documenting patient goals evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries. Assists with maintaining a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. Completes assessments of all patients and identifies individual treatment goals. Treats assigned patients 1:1 or in group settings. Facilitates Group therapy. Enters charges in the computer daily. Participates in treatment team meetings as scheduled. Provides patient and family education when appropriate. Plans, coordinates, and evaluates community evening and weekend activities. Attends workshops, conferences, and in-services. Maintains knowledge of community resources. Supervises RT/AT students and interns.
