RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain a thorough knowledge of Springmoor. To include, but not limited to educating potential residents and family members on contract details, financial structure, services and amenities, etc. Oversee the full sales cycle for prospective residents, from initial inquiry through move-in, to achieve and exceed occupancy goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Holiday Pay Full-Time Employees:
Employees who work on a recognized holiday are paid at 2.5 times their regular rate. Employees who do not work on a recognized holiday receive 8 hours of holiday pay, in accordance with company policy. Qualifications Overall positive and professional attitude and appearance. Sales experience preferred. Must be creative and knowledgeable with Springmoor product. Outgoing personality with caring and kind qualities including businesslike approach is required.
