This role focuses on building relationships with senior living facilities and creating meaningful, fun, and inclusive experiences. Responsibilities Conducting outreach to senior living facilities, apartment complexes, and community organizations to build partnerships Senior game nights Sip & paint events Social gatherings and community engagement activities Schedule events and coordinate logistics (location, materials, timing, setup, etc.) Communicate with facility staff, residents, and internal team members to ensure smooth execution Promote events and help increase participation within the senior and disabled communities Maintain records of outreach efforts, event attendance, and feedback Represent Personal Care Companions in a professional and friendly manner in the community Skills able to conduct outreach to senior living facilities, apartment complexes, and community organizations to build partnerships Planning Events for seniors and people with disabilities Schedule events and coordinate logistics (location, materials, timing, setup, etc.) Communicate with facility staff, residents, and internal team members to ensure smooth execution Promote events and help increase participation within the senior and disabled communities Maintain records of outreach efforts, event attendance, and feedback Represent Personal Care Companions in a professional and friendly manner in the community Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where seniors can thrive through engaging activities that promote joy, independence, and social connection!
