RECREATION DIRECTOR

Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity Langdon Place of Nashua is seeking a creative, energetic, and compassionate Recreation Director to lead and grow our resident activities program. Responsibilities Include:

Planning and leading daily activities and special events Creating meaningful programs tailored to resident interests and abilities Coordinating entertainment, outings, and holiday celebrations Supervising activity staff and volunteers Building a warm, vibrant community atmosphere Maintaining compliance with state and facility regulations

Qualifications:

Prior recreation/activity experience in healthcare or senior living preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Enthusiastic, compassionate, and team-oriented personality Experience with dementia programming a plus
