Program Supervisor/Program Director Job Requirements Facilitate groups as scheduled. Monitoring patients and recording your observations. Reporting back on each patient's progress and concerns. Excellent listening skills, and a strong understanding of substance abuse treatment Ensuring patients have a safe and supportive environment. Maintain a sensitive and respectful attitude when working with our patients Diffusing situations in which patients wish to harm themselves or others. Providing emotional support to patients. Alerting medical professionals or supervisors to intervene in emergencies. Carrying out assessments and other administrative tasks. Maintaining strict patient confidentiality. Transporting clients to and from appointments. Assist with collecting and observing UAs. Performing assorted light office work. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience 1-2 years experience in mental health High School degree, further education preferred

$25.00 - $75.00 per hour
