In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a monthly activities calendar for residents. Plan and lead group activities, special events, outings, holiday celebrations, and recreational programs. Encourage resident participation and promote social engagement. Coordinate entertainment, volunteers, and community involvement opportunities. Supervise activity staff and ensure programs meet residents' interests and needs. Maintain required documentation and attendance records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident well-being. Qualifications Previous experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead group activities and engage residents of varying abilities. Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach.
