Recreation Director Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion ✔
Credentials:
MEPAP 1, ADC, CDP, or CTRS certification ✔

Minimum 2 years in long-term care as a supervisor ✔
Skills:
Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes
