Comprehensive Benefits Salary:
$63,500-$65,000 annually Responsibilities Manage the resident activity and engagement program. Supervise, develop, and schedule activity staff, including drivers and activity assistants, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Order and maintain adequate supplies for the recreation department. Manage resident social history and activity assessments, including move-in activity-related documentation and the development of monthly activity calendars. Manage and collaborate with assistants including schedule management Plan, coordinate, and oversee recreational, social, educational, and wellness programs designed to enhance resident quality of life. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field, with at least one year of related experience and/or training preferred; or Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field, with related work experience; or Three to five years of full-time experience working in adult recreation, senior living, healthcare, or a related environment.
