Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate HHA Coordinator. In this key role, you will manage a group of HHAs, ensure high-quality client care, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational abilities, a genuine passion for supporting others, and a commitment to improving the well-being of individuals receiving home and community-based services. Duties:
Provides daily leadership and ensures smooth coordination of community operations Serves as a supportive resource for residents and families regarding care-related needs Monitors practices to maintain full compliance with state and regulatory requirements Leads team members with clear guidance, coaching, and performance oversight Ensures accurate documentation and timely completion of required records Partners with internal departments to maintain high standards of service and resident satisfaction Addresses concerns promptly and works collaboratively to resolve issues Supports staffing efforts, including scheduling, onboarding, and general personnel needs Upholds safety protocols and contributes to a secure, well-managed environment Promotes a positive culture through communication, professionalism, and team engagement
Requirements:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day On call as needed Valid NY HHA Certification Capable of performing job-related physical tasks as required Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Friendly, professional, and engaging interpersonal style
