What You'll Do:

Plan and lead engaging daily, weekly, and seasonal activities Create uplifting experiences that celebrate life, growth, and community Organize special events, themed days, and spring-inspired programs Encourage resident participation and build meaningful relationships Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care

What We're Looking For:

A warm, enthusiastic personality with a passion for seniors Creative thinker who loves bringing new ideas to life Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in long-term care or activities programming preferred A natural ability to motivate and inspire others
