What You'll Be Doing:

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of our OT Help patients regain independence in daily activities Collaborate with therapists, nursing, and clinical staff to create meaningful treatment plans Document care accurately and efficiently Build real connections with patients and families

Licensed COTA in good standing Passion for post-acute or skilled nursing care Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, patient-centered mindset New grads welcome—mentorship available
