Job Description

Position Summary Regina Health Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Activities Director to lead the activities team in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs for skilled nursing and assisted living residents. The ideal candidate will create engaging, meaningful experiences that support residents' social, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The ideal candidates demonstrates compassionate care and a genuine ability to engage residents in meaningful life enrichment experiences. Qualifications Accredited Activities Director Certification (ADC) required. Must meet NCCAP standards. Experience working with older adults. Strong understanding of the therapeutic benefits of recreational and social activities. Prior long-term care experience required. Experience with PointClickCare is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
