Job Description

Kids in Motion Academy is seeking an After School Program Director (Kids Fit Director) to join our team and lead the after-school childcare program. If you have a passion for shaping young lives, this position is for you! This position is responsible for planning and development of a creative learning environment, establishment of interest centers, and preparation of needed materials and supplies. The Director also trains, mentors, and oversees a staff of 5-8 employees. The regular hours for the position are M-F from 2:45pm-6:00pm. Previous childcare and management experience preferred. All offers for employment are contingent upon favorable background check results. EEOE.
