Temporary Life Enrichment Coordinator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Woodburn, OR 97071 From $17 an hour - Full-time Country Meadows Village 17 reviews From $17 an hour - Full-time Country Meadows Village is a senior retirement campus. We are seeking a temporary Life Enrichment Coordinator for our Assisted Living building. The temporary dates are June 15, 2026 ending around September 23, 2026 Responsibilities include: Develop a high-quality monthly Activities newsletter and calendar to include, but not be limited to, timely articles of resident interest, daily activities, new resident move-ins, resident birthdays, current news, photos, poems, and humor. Develop senior-focused exercise and fitness programs, including low- impact aerobics class, gentle stretch and walking. Educate the residents, through classes or guest speakers, about such subjects as travel, health, financial, current events, and other topics of resident interest. Coordinate and direct entertainment for social events within the facility.

Develop and implement a crafts program using a variety of different arts and crafts subjects. Develop a network of outside and resident volunteers to assist in the planning, preparation, and implementation of activities and events. Coordinate and conduct outside activities, including scenic drives, luncheons and dinner outings, performing arts and cultural exhibits, business tours, excursions, and other areas of resident interest. Coordinate in-house events and theme parties, socials, entertainment, bingo, bridge, pinochle, and all other related resident activities. Participate in driving the facility bus. Coordinate and provide scheduled transportation for residents to and from doctor appointments, banking, shopping, and activities. Act as an information source for all residents.
ACTIVITY ROOMS
Maintain activity room in a well organized and eye-appealing condition.
DECORATIONS
Procure and install holiday and special event decorations. Coordinate any decoration of the facility with the staff, and promptly restore the facility to the original condition when the holiday or event is completed. Store all facility decorations in an organized and properly maintained manner in a designated Activities storage area.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid Oregon driver's license, a good driving record, and meet the facility's vehicle insurance carrier's qualifications. Shall be First Aid certified. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
