Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute a diverse calendar of events and activities tailored to guest interests and seasonal themes Manage daily operations of the activities program, including scheduling staff and coordinating resources Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and addressing any special requests or concerns Oversee guest services related to activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and equipment is maintained Handle cash transactions accurately for activity fees or rentals while maintaining proper records Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction Foster a welcoming atmosphere by motivating team members and encouraging guest participation in activities Experience Proven experience in events management or hospitality roles within a resort or similar setting Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of guest services best practices and experience handling cash transactions confidently Passion for creating engaging recreational experiences that appeal to diverse audiences Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Join us as an Activities Director and be at the heart of creating joyful moments that guests will cherish!
