Memory Care Director

Harmony Square Director (Memory Care Director) Hershey, PA Harmony Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Harmony Square Director to lead our Memory Care neighborhood at our beautiful Hershey, PA community! In this role, you'll oversee daily operations of our Memory Care program, lead and develop your team, and create engaging, person-centered experiences that enhance the lives of residents living with dementia.

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day operations of the Memory Care neighborhood Supervise and coach care and life enrichment team members Plan and execute meaningful daily programs and activities Partner with clinical, dining, and leadership teams to ensure excellent care Build strong relationships with residents and families Ensure compliance with community standards and state regulations

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience working with individuals with dementia Prior leadership or supervisory experience Passion for memory care and enriching the lives of seniors Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license (for outings and events)

Preferred:

Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Geriatrics, Activities, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Dementia certification (or willingness to obtain) Join a team that values compassion, creativity, and connection—and make a meaningful impact every day!
