What You'll Be Doing (The Fun & The Formal):

Dream & Design:

Create a monthly calendar packed with arts, music, and fitness—ensuring every resident, regardless of care level, has access to meaningful engagement. Lead the

Squad:

Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of Life Enrichment Coordinators and volunteers. Master the

Regs:

Oversee activity assessments, MDS documentation, and care planning to ensure our "fun" meets the highest clinical and regulatory standards.

Create Moments:

From neighborhood outings in our community bus to high-energy holiday parties, you are the architect of joy.

Connect:

Build deep, person-centered relationships with residents to ensure their spiritual, emotional, and social needs are met.

Party:

The "Must-Have": Proven experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). You understand the regulatory environment and the specific needs of long-term care residents.

The Experience:

At least 2 years of leadership experience in life enrichment/recreation.

The Credentials:

Activity Director Certification (ADC) or a degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Social Work is highly preferred.

The Drive:

A valid driver's license (and the enthusiasm to drive the community bus for outings!).
