Fitness Director For A Top Quality Sleep-Away Camp! Camp Starlight, a co-ed traditional sleep-away camp in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania, is looking to hire a Fitness Director for this summer of 2026. Housing, travel, and food and a competitive salary are all included in the compensation package. Qualifications and Expectations Fitness Director:

• Minimum 5 years experience instructing/coaching (preferably with children ages 7-15 with different skill levels) in Fitness.
• Develop and implement specific lesson plans.
• Manage 2-3 fitness specialists for the summer.

Requirements:

• Our ideal candidate has a passion fitness and a strong interest in working with children of all levels.
• Experience in teaching individuals, groups, and managing coaches is preferred.
