Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Outpatient Therapist in North Strabane, PA. Why This Role is Important to SUD Treatment? GRC's Outpatient Services team is changing lives, and as a Therapist, you'll be at the forefront of this movement. Your work will expand access to critical services and empower clients on their way to recovery. This is more than just a job. Your Role in Transforming Recovery Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices. Participates in developing the patient's treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team. Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy dependent on the patient's needs. Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient's progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs. Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload. Plans for continuing care of patient and making appropriate referrals. Monitors and completes insurance authorizations for patient caseload. Provides referrals for additional care or services when required Participates in regular supervision with the manager and seeks out additional supervision as needed. Completes mandatory orientation and annual training programs; completes applicable attendance documentation.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For Bachelors' Degree with at least one experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment. Experience in an outpatient/inpatient setting with dual diagnosis and SUD patients. Proficiency in outpatient platforms and digital communication tools.
