Role Description NOTE:
THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION. WORKING AS A COMPOZURE PERSONAL ASSISTANT IS A PART OF THE GIG ECONOMY, OFFERING FLEXIBLE, PROJECT-BASED OPPORTUNITIES. OUR PERSONAL ASSISTANTS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS - AS AN ASSISTANT YOU COULD BE WORKING WITH AS LITTLE AS NO CLIENTS OR 5 CLIENTS AT A GIVEN TIME.
We are seeking Personal & Lifestyle Assistants for contract opportunities in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person support as well as remote flexibility. The ideal candidate combines executive-level support experience with strong home organization and household management skills. The assistant will handle a range of personal and administrative tasks for our clients such as: Home Organizing Calendar Management Errand Running & Retail Shopping Appointment Scheduling Travel Planning & Booking Event Planning & Reservation Booking Day-to-day activity coordination for household members Contractor Research & Coordination Property Management The opportunity is designed to help clients optimize their personal and professional lives. Qualifications Experience in Hospitality, personal assistance or executive administration Strong communication skills Strong clerical and organizational abilities Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment Strong problem-solving skills and proactive thinking Familiarity with the New York City Metropolitan Area is a plus Prior concierge or luxury client-facing experience is desirable Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $25-35/hr plus travel compensation Super flexible work environment and hours - you control have many hours and clients you take Opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team Gain experience in a fast-paced and growing concierge startup
